CNM Business Consulting LLC ("CNM", "we", "us") runs cnmentconsulting.com. This policy explains what personal information we collect through the website, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
Information you give us. When you use our contact form, we collect your name, email address, phone number (if you add it) and your message. When you book a consultation, we collect your name, email address, phone number, the service and time you choose, and any notes you add. When a parent or guardian registers a child for a class or camp, we collect the parent's contact details and the information needed to enroll the child, such as the child's name and age. We also keep anything you send us directly by email or phone.
Information collected automatically. We use Google Analytics, through Google Site Kit, to see which pages are visited, how long visitors stay, their browser and device type, and their approximate location based on IP address. Our security tool records IP addresses and visit details to block attacks and spam. We also use cookies, described below.
How we use your information
We use your information to reply to your messages; to schedule and hold consultations and send booking confirmations and reminders; to provide the services you ask for, including classes and events; to understand how the site is used and improve it; to keep the site secure and prevent spam and fraud; and to meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for targeted advertising.
Who we share it with
We share information only with service providers that help us run the website and our business, and only as much as they need. These include our web host (Hostinger), Google (website analytics and search performance), the service that delivers our form and booking emails, and embedded content providers such as YouTube when you play a video on our site. We may also disclose information when the law requires it, or to protect our rights, our clients or the public.
Cookies
Cookies are small files stored in your browser. We use essential cookies that the site needs to work, such as for security and form submission; analytics cookies set by Google that tell us how visitors use the site; and cookies that YouTube and other embedded players may set when you play their content.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, although some parts of the site may not work properly without essential cookies. You can opt out of Google Analytics with Google's browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
How long we keep it
We keep contact and booking details for as long as we need them to respond to you, deliver our services and meet legal and accounting requirements, and generally no longer than three years after our last contact with you. After that, we delete them or make them anonymous.
Children
Our website is meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. Children are registered for our coding classes by a parent or guardian, who provides the information needed for the child to take part. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. You can also stop receiving emails from us at any time by using the unsubscribe link or contacting us. Depending on where you live, you may have other rights under state law.

Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, including an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, security monitoring and access controls. No website is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
